This book is the first in the Adventures on Train series. The story is about a young boy travelling on the Royal train with his Uncle. On the train he meets a girl and together they try to solve the mystery of who stole the precious jewel! Can they work out who it is before the end of the tracks?

This book has 272 pages! And has some wonderful illustrations by Elisa Paganelli, although in the book the story tells us that they are drawn by own main character. Are the drawings clues???

I enjoyed this book because it was exciting, big, and it is the children who are the detectives. There is a theme of friendship, Harrison and Lenny keep each others secrets as they travel. I can’t wait for the next one in the series.
